My friends call me Charley, actually so does almost everyone else. I live here in Cambridge, Massachusetts halfway between Harvard and MIT, and one of these days some of the residual genius hanging in the air will rub off on me, but so far, no luck. For years I worked in the software business, but now I've I left all of that behind and started to focus on the things I really love, which for me means visual art. I'm trained (BFA from RISD in 1993) as a printmaker, but a few years ago I decided that the best medium for me was photography. You can see a few of my latest images on my art page.

My love of photography has led me towards a moderate camera collection, which is threatening to overtake my studio space if I don't start containing it. Amazingly enough, I actually use all this stuff. Lately, it's a snazzy Koni Omega 200, and a few Holgas that are really capturing my imagination.
